The first 8 levels of the project to utilise conventional, in-situ construction.

Levels 8-22 constructed using Hickory Building Systems, enabling a compressed construction timeline achieved through integration of structural prefabrication, proprietary façade system and SYNC bathroom pods.

Project retains the original 1930s City Road façade and its glazed terracotta faïence tiles, one of the few remaining Melbourne buildings to feature this distinctive art deco façade treatment.
