Nexus Corporate Mulgrave spans 20,000 sqm across 2 buildings and will significantly increase the capacity of Victoria’s largest business park to 75,000sqm.

The Gray Puksand-designed office buildings are 6 storeys in height, including a ground floor plaza with retail tenancies, end of trip facilities and a 4 level basement with car parking.

The collaborative space is an accredited 5 star Greenstar and 5 star Nabers energy efficient designed building.


2 tower cranes and 2 alimaks along with supplementary plant use.

The façade utilises precast elements with glass curtain walling and zinc cladding features.
