This boutique hotel spanning 6 levels, plus basement and a ground floor common area for guests to enjoy including a Gourmet Cafe.

Designed by Woods Bagot this 123 room hotel will be stylishly fitted out featuring the latest decor and design trends as well as a glazed facade with counter lever glazed to ground floor cafe. The basement will feature a concierge, common area for guests, multi-use break-out area, wellness room and kitchens

 

This project will also feature SYNC bathroom pods which will help to reduce the construction time-line and fast track the project.
