Sky One Box Hill is a landmark mixed-use project set over 36 storeys, integrating 438 residential apartments with 3 levels of premium retail and dining. Developed by Golden Age, the DKO designed tower project encompasses 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment types as well as an residents sky lounge on level 3 with landscaped gardens, pool, gym, spa, sauna, yoga studio, lounges, private dining, private cinema and entertainment room.

The residential levels sit above a 3 level retail podium, designed by Buchan Group, and a 7 level basement car park with space for 325 cars.

Hickory engaged on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) basis to assist with design development, façade and structural analysis, programming advice and value management.

Sculpted glass and metal bronze tower with finely detailed tinted glass and bronze metal accents, delivered by Hickory’s international façade design, procurement and installation team.

Hickory initially awarded early works package, including demolition of existing structure and construction of the 7 level basement.
